Place your planter where you want to hang it and make a mark on the wall with a pencil on the top-middle of the planter. Measure the distance between the top of the planter and the top of the top keyhole. Your screw hole should be the same distance below the mark you made on the wall.
Use a WOOD or DRYWALL SCREW for hanging your planter, as they have flat and wide heads, which are most conducive for sliding into the keyhole slot and supporting the planter. The heads of deck screws are too tapered and will not support our planters.
Run your screw into the screw hole mark on the wall, by hand or with a drill, and use a wall screw if necessary.
Hang the planter on the screw, from the top keyhole. You do NOT need to use two screws and both keyholes. Just hang from the top keyhole. Be careful not to bump into the planter, so as to knock it down from the wall.
TO HANG:
Hang your planter on a clean, smooth, non-porous surface.
Gently twist and pull the suction cups until they snap into the keyhole slots.
*Add a few drops of water to each suction cup before applying. This will increase adhesion.*
TO REMOVE:
To remove your planter, gently but firmly press up on the back of the base, and pop the planter off of the suction cups. Then, gently peel off the suction cups.
Use a pencil or chopstick to push one end of the water wick through a drainage hole on the nursery pot your plant came in. Make sure the wick is several inches into the soil. Let the other end rest on the bottom of your planter to soak up water and transfer it to the plant’s root system. Check out our video tutorial on this process here.
Possibly - you need at least 2x2" of smooth, non-porous surface to attach the TOP suction cup. The provided spacer will support the bottom of the planter.
Insert the provided spacer into the square slot on the back-bottom of your planter - only IF your tile pattern only has space for 1 suction cup. If only using 1 suction cup, make sure it’s in the top keyhole slot.

Using your provided address, we will give you an exact quote on shipping. We will provide you with our payment credentials.
After we receive your payment, your shipment will be cleared to ship - in accordance with our current handling/order processing time.
For buyer's remorse returns (no issues with the product; just want to return it), you have 14 days from when the order was placed online to make a return.
For product defect/warranty returns, you have 30 days from when the order was placed online to make a return.

We will refund your purchase after receiving and inspecting the condition of the item. For buyer's remorse returns, the item must be in brand new condition in order to receive a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is not in brand new condition/damaged.
For product defect/warranty returns, we will issue a refund on a case-by-case basis, after communicating with the customer AND receiving the return shipment of the item in question. We reserve the right to deny a refund if A) the item is in brand new condition and remains undamaged, and B) the return process was started past the 14 day period.
The BUYER is responsible for all return shipment costs.
