FEATURES:
- The BEVELED RIM on the Suction Planter allows for the use of most standard 4" plastic nursery pots.
- The KEYHOLE SLOTS on the back of the Suction Planter allow for either 1) a nail/screw/hook or 2) the suction cups, which snap in/out of the planter. You decide when and where to hang the planter!
- The SPACER can be inserted into the bottom slot, if your tile/window/smooth surface will not accommodate both suction cups. As long as your tile/window/smooth surface is at least 2x2", you can use just the top suction cup + the spacer. The one suction cup can support the Suction Planter, provided the surface is smooth and clean! Add moisture to the suction cup for the best adhesion!
- The WICK can be inserted (using a pencil) into a hole on the bottom of your nursery pot. Capillary motion will draw water from the bottom reservoir of the Suction Planter, through the wick, and into the nursery pot and root system!
- To REFILL the Suction Planter, simply lift the nursery pot with the plant from the Suction Planter and pour water into the bottom reservoir. No need to remove the Suction Planter from the wall!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If you want to use the suction cups, you must attach them to a CLEAN, SMOOTH, NON-POURUS surface - be it your window, tile, fridge, etc.
- You can skip the nursery pot and plant directly into our Suction Planter. However, by doing so, you will not have the aeration/self-watering capacity that comes with using a nursery pot. To get the most out of this product, we highly recommend using your own nursery pot.
- If maintaining a live plant is not your thing... you can always use a faux plant with this product. They are a bit more cooperative. :)
